Nacional expidi\u00f3 el Decreto Reglamentario 2231 de 2023, por medio del cual reglament\u00f3, entre otros, el art\u00edculo 383 del Estatuto Tributario [ET], referido a la tarifa de retenci\u00f3n en la fuente aplicable a los pagos por concepto de rentas de trabajo originados. o no en una relaci\u00f3n laboral [dependientes &#8211; independientes].<\/p><p>Es por eso, que desde Restrepo &amp; trabajo provenientes de una relaci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong><\/h3><p>En cuanto a los pagos por concepto de rentas de trabajo originados en una relaci\u00f3n laboral, tambi\u00e9n se debe aplicar lo se\u00f1alado en el art\u00edculo 383 del ET por lo que resulta importante mencionar lo que se\u00f1ala la norma vigente en la
